在每个民族的语言中,颜色词都是非常活跃的词之一,汉语的颜色词也不例外。颜色词所负载的文化内涵相当丰富,在描述事物的特征,标志朝代的更替,明时令与方位,别等级贵贱,辩吉凶等方面都具有其特殊的语义功能,是其它各类词汇难以比拟的。
Color words are one of the most active words almost in every different language.This is also the case with Chinese color words,which are quite abundant in cultural connotations.Semantically,Chinese color words are used to describe the characters of objects,mark the replacement of a new dynasty.indicate different seasons and orientation,distinguish the gentle and the simple,and discriminate good from ill.They have so powerful semantic functions that the words of other categories can hardly match.
