摘要
社会主义市场经济体制的建立完善和全民普法活动的开展,使我国公民对法的认识,开始由“法制”向“法治”转变,公民法律意识也随之提升,逐渐达到对法律的崇尚和信仰,转变为法治意识。而探讨提高公民法治意识的路径,最具有现实意义。
The establishment and perfection of Socialist market-orienteal economic system and the development of the popularization of law knowledge throughout the nation have made the transition of Citizen's understanding of law from legality to rule by law and raised citizen's sense of law.As a resuct ,law has come to be highly esteemed and become a public belief,and citizen's sense of rule by law has to some extent been strenghtened.But how to strenghten citizen's sense of rule by law needs to be carefully studied.Such study is of great practical value.
