摘要
新经济时代的组织与组织之间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,而人才竞争力的整合与配置又历史地落到新一代的人力资源经理肩上。本文从品格、业务能力两方面系统地分析了人力资源经理应具备的特质,提出:中国的综合国力的提升在一定程度上有赖于企业组织的人力资源经理人特质的培养,以尽快形成一批中国自己的职业CEO和人力资源经理人。
The competition among the organizations in the new economic era, in the final analysis, is the competition among talented persons. It is the task of human resource managers to integrate and distribute human resource. This paper analyzes the personality and competence required on the managers. It points out that China's overall national power partly depends on upgrading the qualities of human resource managers in enterprises, and a new generation of CEOs and human resource managers is in great need.
