目前,我国中学教师的业务素质不容乐观,远不能适应素质教育的需要,为此,本文剖析了其中的原因,并尝试寻求解决的办法。

The present middle school teachers' competence allows of no optimism and doesn' t suit the requirement of quality education. This paper analyses the reasons therein and tries to seek for a solution.
