：A simple promote and accurate method, using content of Cerium to analyse the content of Cu + in the complex compound [Cu(NH3)2]+, was reported. In particular, the conditions of optimization were determined. Furthermore, the new method can be satisfactorily applied to the arbitration analysis in the course of production.
