政治社会化视域下的思想政治工作

Ideological and Political Work through the Perspective of Socialized Politics

“政治社会化”理论范式的启迪是使政治权力的运行在目标、功能、实施方式上都具有了公共性、开放性、社会化的特征。以此为批判性视域 ,建立于革命和计划体制时代的思想政治工作模式在新的社会系统中有价值定位失衡、实施过程封闭以及组织机构缺位的局限和缺失。新时期思想政治工作在价值定位上应是整体主义和以人为本的平衡 ,其核心应是型塑健康的公民意识 。

The enlightenment from the theoretical mode of socialized politics' is that the application of political power is public,open and socialized in its goal,function and manner.Viewed through this critical perspective,the ideological and political work mode which was established during the days of revolution and planning system has,in the present social system,laid bare such limitations and drawbacks as the improper value orientation,the incomplete structural organization and the less open procedure of application.The ideological and political work of the new age should be orientated by the balance between the benefit of the collective, and that of the individuals.It should focus on shaping the healthy awareness of citizenship,and travels the path of socialization in its organization and application.
