高校学报要实现其创新和可持续发展 ,必须实现电子化编辑。完善编辑的知识结构、实现编辑环节管理电子化、建立部门出版管理系统以及实现学报的网络出版等是高校学报实现电子化编辑的主要方面。

The computerized editing is required for the innovation and sustained development of the academic journal attached to the institution of higher learning.Its mainly composed of improving on the knowledge structure of editing,computerizing the management of editing,establishing the system regulating the publication of concerned departments,and realizing the publication through the internet.Nevertheless,it is still restricted by such factors as the dim awareness of the editors as to the internet,and deficiencies about how the colleges and universities are practically run,and how their journals get published.
