肺叶切除加肺动脉侧壁切除治疗原发性肺癌

Lobectomy with Tangential Pulmonary Artery Resection for Lung Cancer

目的 探讨肺叶切除加肺动脉侧壁切除治疗肺癌的效果。方法 采取肺叶切除加肺动脉侧壁切除治疗肺癌 2 8例 ,其中肺动脉完全阻断血管部分切除 19例 ,非完全阻断肺动脉侧壁夹闭切除 9例。结果 无手术后早期 (手术后30 d内 )死亡 ,患者均顺利出院 ,术后 1、3、5 a生存率分别为 92 .86 %、4 1.18%、2 0 %。结论 肺叶切除加肺动脉侧壁切除术方便、有效、安全性较高 ,易于掌握 ,值得进一步研究推广。

Objective To study the effect of lobectomy with tangential pulmonary artery resection on lung cancer.Methods Retrospective study was conducted in 28 patients with lung cancers,in which 19 underwent lobectomies with complete blocked pulmonary artery and segment resections ,and 9 with incomplete blocked pulmonary artery and tangential resections from August 1996 to July 2001.Results There was no death within 30 days after operations, and the 1,3,5 years survival rates were 92.86%,41.18%,20%,respectively.Conclusion Lobectomy with tangential pulmonary artery resection was effective and safe in the treatment of lung cancer.
