肋缘下胆囊投影点小切口胆囊切除术318例临床应用

Clinical Application of Minor Incision for Cholecystectomy at the Gallbladder Projection under Costal Margin:analysis of 318 casex.

目的:探讨肋缘下胆囊投影点小切口胆囊切除术的入路方法与临床应用体会。方法:分析我院1997年1月～2002年6月应用肋缘下胆囊投影点小切口胆囊切除术318例资料。结果:318例均治愈,切口长度5±1cm,手术时间50±10min,术中失血量80～120ml,术后平均住院5天。结论:该方法具有创伤小、病人痛苦轻、术后恢复快、切口瘢痕小外形美观等优点,值得在无LC设备的医院推广应用。

Objective To study the operation cutting track and clinical application of minor incision for cholecystectomy at the gallbladder projection under costal margin . Method From Janu . 1997 to June 2002,318 cases in 202 hospital with the minor incision for cholecystectomy at the gallbladder projection under costal margin were analysed . Result All of the 318 cases is cured with the condition of cutting length 5±1cm ,operation time 5±10min , loss blood 80~ 120ml and time average in hospital 5 day. Conclusion With the better post-operative restoration and small cicatrix in the cutting position , this treatment can be further applicatel in the hospital without the LC facilities for the advantage of the little traumas and less pain .
