低分子量肝素钙治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

摘要 目的 :观察立迈青注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及血液流变学的影响。方法 :56例急性脑梗死的患者经临床和CT确诊 ,给予立迈青注射液和脑保护剂等药物治疗 ,并于治疗前后进行神经功能缺损评分和血液流变学检查。结果 :治疗后总有效率达87 5% ,未发现毒副作用。结论 :立迈青注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效满意 ,且安全无副作用 ,具有降低血液粘稠度 ,抑制血小板聚集 。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect and influence of hemorheology of low molecular weight heparin for treating the acute cerebral infarction.Methods:56 cases with acute cerebral infarction made definite diagnosis by clinic and CT were treated with low molecular weight heparin injection and cerebral protective drugs.The nerve functional defect scale and hemorheological examination were done before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 87.5% after treatment.No side effect was found among them.Conclusion:It is satifactory with safe and no side effect to treat the acute cerebral infarction with low molecular weight heparin,which has obvious roles in reducing blood viscosity,inhibiting platelet aggregation and improving microcirculation etc. [
