小儿睾丸扭转的彩色多普勒超声诊断

Diagnosis of testicle torsion of children with color doppler flow imaging.

目的 :研究睾丸扭转的彩色多普勒超声声像图特点 ,以便早期诊断。方法 :应用彩色多普勒超声 (CDFI)对临床疑诊为“小儿睾丸扭转”的36例患儿的患侧和健侧睾丸进行了检查。结果 :11例睾丸扭转患儿中 ,9例彩超确诊为睾丸扭转 ,2例误诊为睾丸炎和附睾挫伤。结论

Objective:To study the image characteristics of color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in testicle torsion.So as to diagnose early.Methods:The examination of sick side and healthy side of testicle in 36 cases doubted with'children testicle torsion' was performed with CDFI respectively.Results:Of 11 cases with testicle torsion of children.9 cases were made definite diagnosis with CDFI,2 cases were misdiagnosed with orchitis and epididymis contusion respectively.Conclusion:Color doppler flow imaging has very important value in diagnosis of testicle torsion in children.
