碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在大鼠脊髓损伤后的变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :比较碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)在脊髓损伤前后的表达差异。方法 :采用免疫组化染色方法 ,观察bFGF在脊髓中的分布 ,以图像分析技术对损伤前后的变化进行定量分析。结果 :在正常脊髓中 ,bFGF定位于灰质星形胶质细胞核和一些神经元胞质中 ;脊髓损伤后 ,表达阳性细胞数增多 (P <0 .0 1) ,灰度值增加 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :bFGF可能在脊髓损伤后的自身修复与再生方面起重要作用。 Objective: To compare the different expressions of basic fibroblast growth factors(bFGF) after spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods:Observe the distribution of bFGF and their change after SCI with immunohistochemical staning, and staining was quantitated by imagic analysis technique. Results:In experimental groups much more bFGF located in nuclei of astrocyte cells of grey matter and in cytoplasm of some neurons were expressed after SCI,and even progressively increased.Conclusion:The findings suggested that bFGF might play important roles in self repairing and regeneration after SCI.
