输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石412例报告

Treatment of ureter stones with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotriptor (Report of 412 cases)

目的 :探讨输尿管镜 (URS)气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法 :采用URS取石或配合气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者 412例。结果 :一次性碎石取石成功率为 88.3 % ,其中输尿管上段结石为 5 6.3 % ( 18/ 3 2 ) ,输尿管中段结石为 87.9% ( 80 / 91) ,输尿管下段结石为 97.1% ( 2 66/ 2 74)。并发症主要为术后发热 ( 13例 )、肾绞痛 ( 9例 )及血尿等。结论 :URS气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石安全有效 ,损伤小 。

Purpose:To evaluate the clinical use of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotrity on the treatment of ureteral stones.Methods:412 Patients with stone in ureter were treated with the above mentioned Lithotriptor.Results:The success rate of the one stage for all patients was 88.3 %( 56.3 % in upper section, 87.9 % in middle section, 97.1 % in lower section ).Conclusions:Treatment of ureteral stone with this method has been safe , effective and less invasive. This method should be the first choice of treatment for the middle and lower ureteral stone.
