外伤性指甲缺损的修复

Repair of traumatic nail loss

目的 介绍吻合血管的趾甲瓣移植与游离趾甲移植修复外伤性指甲缺损的疗效。方法 为 11例指甲缺损者采用趾甲移植进行修复 ,根据受区指端软组织的条件 ,其中 5例为吻合血管的趾甲瓣移植 ,6例为不吻合血管的游离趾甲移植。结果 移植后趾甲全部成活。术后随访 1～ 3年 (平均 16个月 ) ,9例术后移植指甲外形良好 ,2例不吻合血管的游离趾甲移植者指甲轻度萎缩变形。

Objective To introduce treatment outcome of repair of nail loss with vascularized toe nail flap and free toe nail transplantation.Methods Eleven cases with nail loss were reconstructed with toe nail transplantation. According to the subcutaneous conditions of th recipient digit, vascularized toe nail flap transplantation was done in 5 cases, and non-vascularized toe nail transplantation was done in 6 cases. Results All transplants survived. At postoperative 1 to 3 years follow-up (mean, 16 months), nine cases had satisfactory appearance, and two cases with non-vascularized toe nail transplantation had slightly deformed and atrophy nail. Conclusions Toe nail transplantation was an effective procedure for repair of traumatic nail loss.
