摘要
目的 介绍一种修复拇指指腹缺损的新皮瓣。方法 设计以拇指桡掌侧动脉为蒂并带桡神经浅支分支的大鱼际桡侧逆行岛状皮瓣 ,修复 12例拇指指腹缺损患者。皮瓣最大面积为 4cm×3.2cm。结果 所有皮瓣全部成活。术后随访 3~ 19个月 ,伤指指腹饱满 ,外形美观 ,二点分辨觉平均为6.5mm。拇指指间关节和掌指关节的活动范围为 81.2 5°和 32 .31°。
Objective To introduce a new flap to repair thumb pulp defect. Methods Twelve cases with pulp defect of the thumb were repaired by reverse radial thenar flap pedicled with the thumb radial digital artery and branch of superficial radial nerve. The largest area of the flap obtinaed was 4 cm × 3.2 cm. Results All 12 flaps were survived. Follow-up was 3~19 months. The appearance and color of the injured thumbs were satisfactory. The average two point discrimination (2PD) was 6.5 mm. The range of motion at IP and MP of the thumb was 81.25°and 32.31°,respectively. Conclusions The reverse radial thenar island flap pedicled with the thumb radial digital artery was one of ideal flaps to repair pulp defect of the thumb.
