摘要 通过对综采放顶煤的现状进行分析 ,对不同顶煤厚度的顶煤放出规律进行了研究 ,对成庄矿现有开采条件及需要解决的问题进行了研究分析 ,提出了在成庄矿实现日产万吨工作面的设计方案。为了解决影响实现万吨工作面的问题 ,通过对瓦斯涌出的分析 ,基于顶煤裂隙分布发育规律及“O”圈理论设计了瓦斯抽放及通风排瓦斯方式 ,设计提出了实现高产高效工作面的回采工艺。 This paper analyses the status of LTCC, researches the caving rule for different thick of top coal, researches and analyses the mining conditions and the problems needed to resolved, and puts out the design plan for the workface with output 10,000 ton /day. Based on the gushing of gas, crack of top coal and 'O' circle theory, the paper brings up the design for gas drawing and ventilation method, and designs the extraction method for high output workface.
