Analysis on meterological calamities and disaster reduction countermeasures in the delta oasis of Weigan and Kuqa Rivers

渭干河—库车河三角洲绿洲生态环境脆弱,各种农业气象灾害频繁。经常发生的风沙、春旱、霜冻、冰雹、洪灾和干热风等气象灾害严重困扰着该三角洲绿洲农业经济的可持续发展。本文通过探讨灾害的胁迫作用及其危害程度,分析灾害的成因、发生机理及发展规律,提出了有效的减灾措施。

WeiganKuqa River Delta Oasis is always disturbed by heavy meterological calamities such as windblown sand, spring aridity, frost, hailstone,flood and dry hot wind which affects it's agricultural economic sustainable development. Based on the detailed discussion of the degree and influence of a variety of natural calamities, analyzed their contributing factors, occurrence mechanism and regulation pattern of development, the authors pointed out some efficient disaster reduction countermeasures suited for this area.
