摘要
在确定耐磨微晶玻璃配方范围的基础上,采用DTA,XRD和SEM等测试手段,探讨了热处理条件对微晶玻璃晶化及性能的影响,在一定工艺条件下所制备的微晶玻璃的晶粒尺寸小于50nm,以透辉石为主晶相,该材料抗弯强度高达282MPa,维氏硬度达12 89GPa,相对耐磨性为95Al2O3瓷的1 55倍.
On the base of ascertaining the composition rage of glassceramic with good abrasion resistance, effect of heating conditions on crystallization and properties of glassceramic were discussed with the aid of DTA, XRD and SEM. Crystal size of the materials is less than 50 nm at the optimal technology parameters, the main crystalline are diopside; the glassceramic show a bending strength of 282 MPa, Viker harder of 1289 GPa and a abrasion resistance of 155 times as 95 Al2O3 chinaware.
