摘要
弓长岭选矿厂在二选车间采用十二胺阳离子反浮选进行“提铁降硅”工艺流程改造。对改造方案及调试、完善过程进行了分析。改造后 ,铁精矿品位达到 6 8.85 %,SiO2 下降到 3.6 2 %,产品质量达到世界先进水平 ,大大提高了产品的市场竞争力 ,为鞍钢降本增效作出了重要贡献。
Gongchangling Concentrator transformed its technological flowsheet in No.2 Concentrator Line for 'iron improvement and silicon reduction' by cationic reverse flotation using dodecylamine reagent. The transformation scheme and testing and perfection process are analysed.As a result the iron grade of the concentrate has reached 68.85% and SiO 2 content been reduced to 3.62%. With its quality reaching the world advanced level, the market competition power of the product has been greatly raised, a great contribution to the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of Anshan Steel.
