汽车变速器二轴齿轮内孔滚针轴承润滑油回路研讨

摘要 当前汽车单中间轴变速器二轴上的齿轮和中间轴上的齿轮为常啮合,内孔装有滚针轴承空套在二轴上。为了润滑这些滚针轴承,在二轴齿轮上都开有润滑油循环(进出)回路。本文通过严密的理论分析,提出了一个新的润滑油循环回路。它克服了传统油路的缺点,明显改善了润滑效果。 Today, in the vehide transmissions with single intermediate shaft, the gears on second-shaft are constantly engaged with those on the intermediate shaft and are installed on second-shaft via needle bearings in their inner bores in order to lubricate these bearings the lubrication oil circulation circuit (entrance-exit) is openned in all of gears on second-shaft. Through strict theoretical analysis a new lubrication-oil circulation circuit is presented in this paper. It rids of the shortcomings of conventional ones and obviously improves the lubricating effect.
