摘要
对HT型pH-ISFET经加压蒸煮后的特性变化进行了研究.发现HT型pH-ISFET经适当的加压蒸煮后,其灵敏度和线性响应等特性均有明显提高.实验结果与理论分析相符.
In this paper the effect of treatment HT type, pH-ISFETs with high pressure cooking on parameters of them are studied. Experimental results show that the sensitivity and linear range, etc. of HT type pH-ISFET can be effectively increased by selecting optimum conditions of treatment. The experimental results which concide with the theory analysis are obtained.
