摘要
中国的家族企业形成规模的目前还为数不多,而小型企业的数量却与日俱增。家族企业内相互影响的三个因素共同决定企业用人机制问题:挑选员工问题;绩效评估问题;竞业避止问题。总之,家族企业用人机制向专业化、法制化发展是明智的选择,也是必由之路。
There are growing number of small sized clan enterprises China now,while not many large scale clan enterprises.The following three factors determine mechanism of making use of personnel in clan enterprise:the issue of employees choosing,the issue of performance evaluation,and the issue of Avoidance concerning Competition Business.the paper believes that the reasonable choice for making use of personnel in clan enterprises is standard of professional and rule by law.
