LB膜技术由于具有膜厚超薄、厚度可控、排列有序、均匀性极好、且可根据需要进行分层组装等特点,越来越受到人们的注目。介绍了LB膜技术的基木要点,以及在制造小型、灵敏、高选择性、稳定可靠、性能优异传感器中的应用前景。
The LB film attracts more and more attention because of its ultrathin film, controllable thickness, regular molecular arrangement and excellent uniformity. It can be assembled layer by layer as required. The key points on the LB film technology is presented, and the promising applications in fabricating micro sensors with high sensitivity. hiqh selectivity, good stability, reliability, and high performances are also described.
