论中国宪法的发展趋势

On the Developing Trend of the Constitution of China

中国宪法在 2 1世纪的发展趋势主要表现为 :政府行政权力将受到一定程度的限制 ,行政指导在政府对经济管理的过程中将显得日益重要 ;以人民法院审判权为核心的司法权将得到扩大与加强 ;中国共产党领导的多党合作与政治协商制度在宪政实践中将得到进一步加强和发展 ;公民基本权利将得到较大发展 ;宪法监督制度将进一步完善。

The developing trend of the constitution of China in the 21st century will be mainly embodied: administrative power of government will be restricted t o some degree objectively and administrative guidance will be more and more impo rtant during the course of economic administration by government; the judicial right which regard the right of trial of people's court as its core will be stre ngthened and extended;the multiparty cooperative system led by CCP and the poli tical consulting system will be more reinforced and developed in the practice of constitutionalism; people's fundamental right will be developed;the supervisi ng system of constitution will be more perfect
