: The present essay makes comparison and revelation of relevant factors about the development of Xinjiang's rural and urban female talents' development in the three aspects of material treatment for Xinjiang's rural and urban female talents, external environment evaluation and sense of sexual difference in the light of the data from questionnaire survey for the project 'Research in the Development and Application of Xinjiang's Female Talent Resources'.
