The dramatic changes in both the Former Soviet Union and East Europe have left world socialist movement in low abb. The communist Parties in every country are under reform and readjustment at the backdrop of globalization, which injects socialist movement in the new era with vigor so that socialist movement might gradually come out of low ebb and store strength for new development.
