摘要
蒸汽发生器的设计实践表明,由于设计问题的复杂性,仅用单目标优化方法求得的解不能完全适合设计需要。本文讨论了在舰艇核动力装置蒸汽发生器初步设计中引入多目标优化方法的必要性,介绍了蒸汽发生器初步设计的计算模型,讨论了决策变量、目标函数的选取,搜索过程中约束条件的某些假定,以及搜索过程。本文给出了蒸汽发生器多目标优化的一些结果,分析了设计变量和部分约束条件变化对目标函数的影响,计算结果表明,所提出的方法是有效的。
It has been found through practice that single objective optimization only could not give a satisfactory design of steam generators for marine nuclear propulsion plants. This paper stresses the necessity to use multi-objective optimization procedure and introduces a preliminary design module. The selection of design parametric variables an dobjective functions as well as certain assumptions for constraints used in searching process are discussed. Some analytical results of the multi-objective optimization of a marine steam generator are given with discussions as an example. The proposed method of approach will be useful both in the improvement design of existing generator and calculation for new designs.
