二冲程增压柴油机老机的性能改进

The Performance Improvements for Two-Stroke Turbocharged Diesel Engines in Use

目前我国航运系统中用作船舶主机的二冲程增压柴油机中,有相当一部分是我国60～70年代生产的,其性能及参数均比较低、燃油耗率较高,这与我国经济建设日益发展的需要不相适应,而全部换下旧机型又不现实,因此老机改造是势在必行。本文介绍了在老机性能改造中几种途径和模拟分析的结果。

Among two-stroke turbocharged diesel engines used as main engine in China, many engines are made by domestic factories from the 1960s to the 1970s. These engines do not satisfy the requirement of Chinese economic development for their poor performance and complete renewal of all these engines is not practicable, so it is imperative for these engines to be improved. This paper presents several means of approach and the resuls of simulation analysis for the performance improvement of these engines.
