随着信息技术的不断普及和发展,网络教育已成为各国教育的重要组成部分。我国现代远程网络教育应抓住机遇,建立和完善面向大众、持续发展的现代远程教育体系,以满足国民继续教育和终身学习的需要。
As the rapid development and popularization of information technology, web - based education has turned out to be a vital part of education in every county. It is essential that we should take the opportunity to establish and perfect the modem distance education system to meet with the special needs of China's national education and life - long education.
