摘要
在开放的学校教育系统中,教师的人际交往能力的强弱直接影响学校的教育质量。但教师人际交往能力的培养,在理论探讨和实际操作中一直被忽视。本文本着全程教育思想,具体论述了在教师职前教育阶段、入职教育阶段、在职教育阶段如何培养教师的人际交往能力的问题。
As we all know, open educational system makes teachers vocational activities more and more depend on their communication abilities. However, in china's teacher education project nowdays, teacher's communication abilities are neglected from the theory into the practice. So it is important to bring about the three stages of training(begining education, preservice education, inservice education)base on the idea of lifelong education, to train teacher's interactional abilities.
