摘要
本文研究了以二苯并—18—冠—6—甲醛聚合物作为柱色层的固定相,分离富集大量铜中的痕量金,原子吸收光谱法进行测定的条件。在盐酸介质中,金的吸附率可达100%。吸附的金可被甲基异丁基甲酮解吸,金的回收率为98%,吸附容量为19.40mg/g。该法操作简便,分离效果令人满意。
The separation and enrichment of trace gold from copper ore with poly-dibenzo-18-crown-6-aldehyde by column extraction chromatography has been studied and the result of separation is satisfactory. The atomic absorption spectrometric determination of gold is applied subsequently. The absorption efficiency of gold is 100% and the gold absorbed can be eluted off with methyl isobutyle ketone. The retrieval efficiency of gold is 98% and the absorptive capacity is 19.40mg/g. It is easy to operate.
