Logical Requirement of Official Document Writing

公文写作必须遵守逻辑基本要求 ,避免写作中的概念不清、论题不明、自相矛盾、模棱两可、推不出等错误 ;否则 ,就会影响公文的严肃性、政策性和权威性 。

In official document writing, the basic logical requirements should be observed to avoid vague concepts, unclear topics or self-contradictions and ambiguity. Failure in doing so will affect such documents with regard to their seriousness, authority, the exactness of policies and their applications.
