摘要
绞刀架是绞吸式挖泥船的重要挖泥设备之一。本文中拟就箱型绞刀架设计中的结构形式,质量分布,受力状态,强度计算,典型结构节点,以及制造精度等方面作扼要论述,并以实例说明。
This paper illustrates how a box ladder for suction cutter dredger was designed. Design considerations and philosophy are discussed for this important equipment. The configuration, mass distribution, external force evaluation and strength calculation are described. Tolerance and accuracy requirement to ensure the quality of fabricating and operation are also illustrated.
