摘要
农业剩余劳动力的转移是伴随着城市化进程的加速而加快的,它也是农民收入增长的前提条件。从理论上阐述了城市化、工业化对农业剩余劳动力吸纳的过程,分析了湖北省农业剩余劳动力的转移对农民收入的影响及转移缓慢的原因,提出了对策建议。
Transfer of agricultural surplus labor force follows the process of urbanization. It is also a condition of income increase of farmers. This paper demonstrates theoretically the incorporation of agricultural surplus labor force by urbanization and industrialization, analyzes the effect of transfer on farmers' income, and discusses the causes of low flow of the transfer.
