本文根据气胎密封的机理和实际设计经验提出船用艉轴气胎密封的设计方法,推导出充气压力、泄漏量和摩擦功率的计算公式。应用本文提出的方法设计的气胎密封具有良好的密封效果。

Based on the analysis of principle and the experience of inflatable seals. this paper presents a method of inflatable seals design. The calculating equations of operating pressure, leakage loss and friction loss are derived. The inflatable seals designed by using this method have shown good seal performance.
