摘要
教学管理制度的改革是高校教学改革的关键。学分制的实施 ,能使教学资源得到充分利用 ,也能大大提高学生学习的积极性。实施学分制要求教育者的教育观念要与时俱进 ,教师素质要不断提高 。
The reform of teaching management system is the key of college teaching reform. Credit system can make full use of teaching resources and improve the enthusiasm of the students. Meanwhile, it needs us to keep pace with the time in education concept and improve the quality of the whole teacher ranks. And the teaching management should not be equal to the mere quantitative management.
