Unit Price Making Using Physical Quantity Analysis Method

通过对概算编制中单价法与实物量法两种方法做单价的比较分析 ,着重叙述了国际通用计算工程造价的方法即实物量法的单价编制方法 ,提出了利用外资建设的水利水电工程项目内外资概算编制同时采用两种方法计算单价 。

By comparison of unit price analysis method and physical quantity analysis method used in budget estimate making,the unit price estimete making method using the later,an international construction cost calculation method,is described.It's also proposed in this paper that both analysis methods be applied to domastic and foreign investment budget-estimate making,and so the budgetary estimetes can reflecct the real construction cost of projects.
