介绍采用级式编程技术的方法,并具体运用在板簧热弯机实现自动控制。实践证明,采用级式编程技术,控制软件与工序有较好的对应关系,编制和调试效率高。与梯形图相比软件语句少,扫描时间短,实时性较强。

A stage programming method is introduced,and it has been tested on bender experimental device.It is proved by the experiment that the stage programming method makes the PLC control sequences of the bender.The programming and debugging work are made more efficiently.Compared with the ladder programming method,the software edited by this method has less sentences,little scanning time and higher effective performance on real_time control.
