介绍了由单片机 89C5 1和光电码盘组成的转炉倾动保护装置 (以下简称单片机装置 ) ,对转炉炼系统中转炉倾动位移控制及保护方面的应用情况。说明基本配置、功能和控制特点。在炼钢厂的转炉倾动系统中 ,加装该单片机系统 ,要以大大加强转炉倾动系统的稳定性、安全性、优化操作工艺时间 ,也提高了生产效率。同时还可以直观地观察到转炉倾动角度 ,因而提高了整个系统的电控性能及可靠性。

The paper presents a converter tilting shift protction system consisting of one-chip computer 89C51 and photoelectric coded disk to use conditions of the converter tilting shift control and protection in the conver ter steelmaking system.It shows basic confinguration,function and control feature.In the converter tilting shift system of a stedel plant,adding the one-chip computer system can greatly improve stability,and safety of the converter tilting system,and can also increase production efficiency.Meanwhile the angle of the converter tilting can be directly watced so that electric control feature of the whole system and reliability are increased..
