摘要
经检测及分析认为某厂 1台 30 0MW机组锅炉引风机振动过大是由其基础刚度不足引起。利用小修机会 ,经对风机基础进行加固后 ,振动消失 ,问题得以解决。
Through test and analysis, it was considered that the serious vibration of induced fan belonging to the boiler of a 300MW unit was caused by deficient stiffness of it's foundation. Taking advantage of temporary repair opportunity, the said foundation is consolidated, and at last the vibration problem has been solved.
