摘要
介绍了无刷直流电动机 (BLDCM )的基本结构 ,从无刷直流电动机数学模型出发分析了其调速运行的基本原理 ,讨论了 12 0°导通型无刷直流电动机的电流换相过程 ,给出了采用脉宽调制 (PWM )控制方法进行电流控制的基本设计方案 ,最后给出逆变器控制的电机三相导通时序关系。
The essential structure of the brushless DC electric motor (BLDCM) is introduced, and the speed governing principle of the BLDCM is derived from its mathematical model in this paper. The process of phase current commutation controlled by 120 degree inverter is discussed. The basic design project mastered with PWM method is proposed. In the end, the conduction sequence of the motor's three phase is presented.
