摘要
银洞坡金矿250t/d全泥氰化炭浆厂是我国自行设计投产的最大炭浆厂。由于打破了传统设计格局,故取得了投资少见效快和较高的经济效益。本文从工艺流程、非标设备的工艺参数确定、设备选择与配置等方面重点介绍了该厂的设计特点,并为我国大型炭浆厂的自行设计和设备国产化,为我国高银含炭的金银微细粒嵌布复杂的难选难浸的黄金资源开发与利用,提出了可供借鉴的技术依据。
The all-sliming CIP plant of Yin Dongpo Gold Mine (ore throughput, 250t/d) is the largest CIP plant in China designed and Commissioned by the mine itself. Followed by breaking free from designing conventions, a rapid effect with low cost and higher economic benefit is achieved.
This paper describes the design features in the respects of proccess flow, the ascertainment of technoelgical parameters of nonstandard equipments and the option and arrangement of equipments. Also, this paper provides the basis for the design of a large scale CIP plant,the total use of China-made equipment and the development of the refractory ores with higher carbon content and micrograaular of gold and silver dissmi-nated which are hard for leaching.
