畜禽无鱼粉无豆粕日粮研究(一)

Study on the Balanced Animal Diets without Fishmeal or Soyabean Meal

摘要 在试验1中,以豆饼、玉米、花生饼、鱼粉、酵母进行代谢试验,得出可利用氨基酸和可利用磷含量。用1440只1日龄的AA肉鸡随机分成6组,每组12个重复,分别饲喂6种能量、蛋白水平和氨基酸含量完全一致,仅鱼粉含量不同(从0到7.5%均匀递增)的日粮。肉鸡的生长性能、饲料消耗和饲料转化率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。在试验2中,80头28日龄早期断奶乳猪,随机分成4组,每组2圈,4组日粮的能量、蛋白水平及氨基酸含量一致,但鱼粉含量分别为0,1.5,3和4.5%。经过28天的饲养试验后,平均日增重、饲料/增重均无显著差异(P>0.05)。在试验3中,用60头体重为20kg的生长猪随机分为3组,每组4个重复,3组日粮的能量、蛋白和有效氨基酸含量均一致,第一组和第二组日粮中分别含15%的有毒菜粕和高效脱毒菜粕,第三组按蛋白水平用豆粕替代其菜粕。结果表明,高效脱毒菜粕(制油工艺脱毒)配合工业氨基酸在20-90kg生长肥育猪日粮中100%替代豆粕时,其日增重(619g对613g)及饲料/增重(3.563对3.567)完全一致;而有毒菜粕组猪的日增重(579g)及饲料/增重(3.674)差异显著(P>0.05)。因此,生长肥育? In experiment 1,24 Beijing white leghorn adult roosters were force-fed(Sibbald 1979,AEC 1989)with corn, soyabean meal, peanut meal ,fishmeal and yeast culture to determine their ME, available amino acids and phosphorus contents respectively. A broiler feeding trial was then carried out. Six complete diets were formulated according to AEC Tabls (1988).All the diets contained equal rate of peanut meal, yeast. They differed in that the inclusion of fish meal are 0,1.5,3,4.5,6,7.5% respectively by changing SBM, oil ,DL-Methionion, L-Lys. HCL levels. 1440 one-day-old Avian broiler were allotted randomly in 6 treatments with 12 replicates each ,and fed respectively with the above Six diets. During the 7 weeks period from growing to finishing, there were no significant differences(P>0.05) in growth performance, feed consumption and efficiency of feed conversion among broilers fed with the Six balanced diets. In experiment 2,80 early weaned Ningsian ♀x large Yorkshire ♂ piglets at the age of 28 thday were allotted randomly in 4 treatments. Four diets were formulated isocalorically and isonitrogenously, but the inclusion levels of fishmeal being 0,1.5, 3 and 4.5% by changing soyabean meal and L-Lys HCL et al. During the 4 week period of feeding trial ,there were no significant differences (P>0.05) in daily live body weight gain and feed/gain ratio among piglets fed with the 4 balanced diets. In experiment 3, 60 growing Ningsian ♀x large Yorkshire ♂crossbred swines were randomly allotted to 3 treatments with 4 replicates each. Three diets were formulated with equal DE, CP and available lysine contents. Two diets of which contained 15% rapeseed meal with low or high levels of ITC, OZT adn Nitrial. The other diet was replaced by soyabean meal with rapeseed meal on the basis of CP content. The daily body weight gain, feed conversion efficiency of the swines body weight were the same, but which was significantly different from the swines fed with diets of high level ITC adn OZT. It is liable to formulate animal diets of balanced nutrients without fishmeal or soyabean meal.
