摘要
以碳纤维作阴极用电解沉积法从低品位含金氰化液(实际料液及模拟料液)中回收金,经3小时电积可使贫液品位降至0.1ppm,金回收率达99.63%,而同样条件下用钢棉电积法金回收率仅为54.23%,通过对比试验建立了二者的回归模型,说明碳纤维电积法完全可以取代现行的Zadra法,很值得推广应用。
By using electrowinning with carbon fiber cathode for the recovering of gold from low grade gold-bearing cyanide solution (actual and analogue feed solution), the grade of the barren solution can be reduced to 0.1 ppm in 3 hrs and the gold recovery increased to 99.63%.However, under the same condition, when steel wool is used as cathode,the recovery is only 54.23%.Through comparative experiments,the regression models are established for the two methodes.
It is clear that the Zadra method can be replaced with carbon fiber method completely, and the new method is worth popularing.
