摘要
塑料薄膜的电晕处理技术广泛应用于包装及印刷工业中,为了增强塑料薄膜表面粘附力,必须进行表面电晕处理,介绍了电晕处理过程中气体放电的特性,对工作于串联谐振模式下的电晕负载等效电路及伏安特性作了详细的分析,给出了等效电路模型,通过对模型的仿真。
The corona surface treatment of plastic film is widely used in plastic industry such as packaging and printing. The surtace of plastic film has to he treated in order to permit ink to fix to the plastics surface. The characteristies of gas discharge is presenled A detail analysis of electrical charaeteristies of corona discharge load under series resonant mode is given. At the same time. equivalent cireuit and volt-ampere characteristies of corona discharge load are proposed, With thismodel. simulations are carried out, comparing to the experimental results.
