摘要
本文介绍了一种比较完整的雷达监控系统。系统采用了先进的无线电通信技术、全球卫星定位技术、计算机技术和地理信息处理技术。集雷达探测技术,通信指挥调度,卫星定位,无线电报警管理于一体。当雷达探测到飞机进入探测区时,对飞机进行实时监控,把有关信息同步快捷地传到监控中心,同时在电子地图上显示出该飞机的位置、速度、状态及相关信息,以便及时处警,从而提高在紧急情况下的报警接警处警快速响应能力。运用了基于Delphi开发工具上开发的一套 MapInfo雷达监控系统,提出了用三次Bezier曲线分段拼接来拟合折线式等值线的方法来模拟飞机不同时刻的轨迹。
This article was introduced a consummate kind of monitor system of radar. The system adopts advanced technology of wireless correspondence, global location of satellite, of computer, and of management of geographical information. When the plane flies into the detection area of radar which will track live the target and feedback synchronously and instantly related information to the monitor center, then the site, velocity, state and related information will appeared in the electrical map of the monitor system. So it will be helpful to deal with the alarm and then it will improve the ability of responding to the alarm. The Maplnfo radar monitor system is based on Delphi software. In this system the different time track is imitated by using cube of Bezier of different subsection to connect.
