摘要
海藻多糖的研究是当今天然食品研究的重点,本文着重介绍了海藻多糖生理活性作用,通过本文可以了解海藻多糖的多种生理功能,并对近几年对于海藻多糖的研究作一小结。
The study of physioloical activities of seaweed polysaccharide is the focal point of current food research. In this paper,we introduced the physiological activity functions of seaweed Polysaccharide, and reviewed the study of it in recent years.
