摘要
对比分析了投影仪法、显微镜法和二组分法测试混纺纱混纺比的方法和特点 ,分析了纱线结构对涤粘混纺纱混纺比的影响。涤粘混纺纱混纺比的测试结果表明 ,投影仪法比显微镜法测试结果更为准确 ,弥补了显微镜法直接在显微镜中数根数的不足 。
Three methods of projection, microscopy and bi-component method are compared, and influence of yarn structure on blending ratio of polyester/viscose blended yarn is analyzed. The blending ratio test of polyester/viscose blended yarn show that the result of projector is more accurate than that of microscope, the projector can replace the manual fiber-counting in microscopy, and it is suitable for small sample cloth.
