绞纱染色大小样不符的一个重要原因是大小样染色工艺差异太大。本文分析了大小样不符的原因 ,修改了原来的打样与生产衔接的工艺顺序 ,并分别列出 8种不同的活性染料染色工艺 。

Process difference between trial and bulk production is main reason for the different color of dyed fabric. This paper covers the reasons for color difference, change of the process sequence linking up with sampling and production, and seven technologi cal processes of reactive dye as well. Points for attention are given during sampling and dyeing.
