摘要
对涤纶、中长及其交织仿毛织物在高温高压喷射溢流染色机染色加工中的操作要点 ,如化料、染色过程控制、对色、染后清缸等 ,以及泡沫、皱条、染色不匀、低聚物和缠结、染斑等常见问题的产生原因进行探讨 ,并提出了防止和解决方法。
Operational points and reasons for common problems arising in polyester, midfibre and blended wool like fabrics dyeing in high temperature high pressure jet overflow dyeing machine are carried out, such as dyestuff, dyeing process control, vessel cleansing after dyeing, foam, crease, uneven dyeing, oligomer, knob and dyeing speck. Preventive and solving methods are put forward.
